Questions about the free tools
Do I need an account to use these?
No. Every tool works straight away in the page. There is no sign-up, no email address and no trial to start.
Do the figures I enter get sent anywhere?
No. The calculators and document makers run in your browser, so what you type stays on your own device.
Can I save the document I have made?
Yes. Each generator produces a print-ready document you can save as a PDF from your browser's print dialog. Keeping a record of what you sent, and who has paid, is what the free account is for.
Do the documents meet Indian requirements?
The invoice, estimate, receipt and purchase order layouts include the fields Indian businesses are expected to show, including GSTIN, HSN or SAC codes and a tax breakdown.
How are these different from the app?
The tools are one-off: fill in a form and get a document. The app remembers your customers and items, numbers invoices in sequence, and tells you what is still outstanding.
